ABOUT
Las Vegas has been my home since 1973, back when the valley had only about 250,000 people. I grew up on the west side, before Summerlin was even built, and I’ve had the privilege of watching this city transform over the last 50 years. Summerlin has become the true gem of Las Vegas, and with its exciting growth ahead, Summerlin West will be its crown jewel.
My father worked in construction and landscaping, and from a young age he would take me to see the master-planned communities as they were being built—from Green Valley to The Lakes to Desert Shores and the list goes on. Later, I worked for a general contractor myself, learning the homebuilding process from the ground up, including but not limited to excavation, building the pad, underground utilities, concrete/foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, windows, roofing, stucco, drywall, paint, flooring and all the finishes. That knowledge gives me an inside perspective few real estate professionals can offer, and it helps me guide my clients with confidence.

Though I now live in Southern Highlands, I’ve spent my entire life in and around Summerlin. It’s where so many of my family and friends call home, and it’s where my passion for real estate truly comes alive. The future of Summerlin West is especially exciting, Summerlin is putting their 30+ years of experience of master planned development into these new villages and communities that will be taking shape over the next 20 years—and I’m proud to be part of that journey.
